eClient partners The partnership has been selected according to sectorial parameters (experience in tourism, importance of the native language in tourism, demand of training, expansive tourist market) and according to know-how requirements where it is divided in two main groups: technical developers, e-learning specialist and web application experts and pedagogic team with experience in language training. The Simulator will be disseminated through the partners institutions into the associations of tourism, the European Tourist Destinations Portal, (comprising all the European countries national tourism offices) to ETAG (European Travel & Tourism Action Group) and the UNWTO, (World tourism associations) the main of the product when finished is that of being transferred into other European languages and countries. The final product will be tested in the work-placements, for this purpose equipment will be rented.

 

FEHR: The Spanish Federation of hospitality and restaurant management is an entrepreneurial organization gathering partners from 67 associations from all areas related to the hospitality, restaurant and food management either SME’s or corporations. It has offices and federates in all the Spanish territory. Its main activities are:
FEHR, SPAIN - Defence of the workers right’s in the sector.
- Market and sectorial research studies.
- Collective negotiation and policy designer.
- Consulting in quality and health safety.
- Vocational training: for the last two years (2006/2007) FEHR has provided professional training to more than 52000 workers in the sector, in all the areas and levels.
At present FEHR is involved in a national funded project for the development of an on-line multilingual glossary for hospitality and restaurant management The fact that FEHR is part of the most important associations in tourist sector and that it has provided training to more than 52.000 workers in the hospitality and restaurant sector guaranties both the wide dissemination of the project products and the final implementation of the Simulator in the end-users sector. FEHR is a regular participant in national and international fairs of hospitality and restaurants.

 

FASENET SPAIN Fase.net is a training and consulting private centre officially acknowledged by public institutions like the regional government and office of employment a training provider. Key activities are vocational and continuous training centre, developer of multimedia didactic materials, specialized in languages and e-learning training centre. In www.aulaoptima.info  FASE offers a variety of more than a hundred on-line courses in different professional areas, from management and administration, ICT, or Food and Beverage Management, Hotel and Hospitality Management and many other professional areas. Fase.net virtual classroom displays an innovative method of learning where most of the courses are guided by a tutor. FASE.net has currently participated in European education projects since the year 1996 where it has gained experience as designer of project proposals, coordinator and partner.  Most of the transnational experience is focussed on didactic innovation in materials and methodologies as well as in the leading edge of technical innovation.

 

KIEZKUCHEN AUSBILDUNGS GmbH, GERMANY Kiezküchen Ausbildungs gGmbH was founded in 1991 as member of the Bildungsmarkt e.V. consortium of vocational training centers, one of the biggest private non-profit training organizations in Berlin, Germany, offering training for various sectors. Kiezküchen trains young people to become cooks, waiters and housekeepers, who have skipped from the regular systems of apprenticeship because of socio-cultural and educational disadvantages. Kiezküchen runs 14 own training restaurants throughout Berlin with the young people, and facilitate their apprenticeship in companies.

BASER, BULGARIA Bulgarian Association for Social and Economic Renewal (BASER) is nation-wide, non-profit association which has about 120 individual members and several corporate members all over Bulgaria. Training centre, information centre and youth club are included in the structure of BASER.
The general activities of BASER are educational technologies, products and services. BASER’s specific expertise is e-learning systems, language training, vocational training placements and  training for disabled people.
BASER provides vocational training placements of young professionals in the field of hospitality industry
BASER contributes to the renovation of Bulgarian education (including disadvantaged communities) by suitable initiatives like educational, economic and social surveys, a creation of up-to date training resources, suitable working placements for the trainees during the time of training, information databases to help access to labor market and consulting. We hope to be able help the movement to the knowledge society in our country by implementing suitable pilot projects, attracting possible European funding

 

EUROTECHNIKI, GREECE EUROTECHNIKI Consulting Ltd is a business consulting company and training organisation. EUROTECHNIKI is involved in research, studies and training provision in industries, services, environment, tourism etc., subjects for unemployment people, employees and employers, applied work based learning, open and distance learning and multimedia methodologies. The organisation has a board of directors and 22 co-operated people (tutors, IT experts, administrative), which are involved in the development of curriculum, training modules, products for e-learning systems, multimedia products and in E.U projects management.
EUROTECHNIKI is a member of the PROMETEUS, SEEL, UNIVERSITAS LINGUAE and SKILLSNET international networks. EUROTECHNIKI is certified consulting company by the Greek Ministry of Development and Hellenic Organisation of small medium enterprises and handicraft (EOMMEX).

 

GIP ALSACE, FRANCE The GIP FCIP Alsace ensures a National Education public service mission of continuous training. It supports the technological and organisational evolution of companies and administrations and puts at their service its know-how in the fields of training engineering, notably in open & distant learning, teacher and tutor training, consulting and audit in vocational training.
These services result in:
•  Assistance in projected employment management policies (Analysis of work areas, employment benchmarking, personal and vocational skills analysis)
•  Implementation of training courses to provide key professional competences,
•  Design of open and distance training programmes,
•  Audit of companies preliminary to the attribution of state funds for the development of training,
•  Evaluation of training systems and instruments through a quality control angle.
The GIP FCIP Alsace has been constantly developing partnerships in educational engineering and training within the framework of programmes such as: Leonardo, E-learning initiative, Interreg.
The GIP FCIP Alsace will carry out and/or co-ordinating activities concerning research and development of training modules, organisation of piloting and dissemination. Expertise in the field of quality in the ODL will be also provided. The GIP FCIP is supporting in France a strong network of training institutions.
