Methodology Before the simulation scene the students will be able to go through the preparation materials, resources and didactic tips that will help them in managing the simulated scene. The training materials will also comprise information about good practices in service, cultural specific features of customers, ethics and fundamentals for customer satisfaction. The Simulator will correspond to the LEVELS A1, A2 and to some extent B1 of the "CEFRL" (Common European Framework for Languages)
